Overview
We normally ignore or do not follow few mandatory rules in our corporate life.
For example, someone doesn't bother wearing an ironed dress to the office,
he thinks, his work that matters, not the other things.

This is mostly because of Ignorance.
Even if he comes to know what is right & what is wrong,
he could not accept because he is tuned to it for a long time the wrong way.

Basically we are programed that way. Its our Attitude that matters.
